Description
This is a 10-month exempt position offering a salary scale of EACC RS1, Grade MA. The role involves assisting with designing and implementing an outcome-based counseling program aligned with the ASCA model, implementing a school guidance curriculum, providing individual and small-group guidance, offering responsive services, acting as a consultant, providing professional development, developing a referral service, collaborating with staff, supporting initiative planning, serving on the student support team, evaluating program effectiveness, assessing student success, utilizing student progress systems, maintaining communication, taking a leadership role, and informing administration.
