The role manages educational and administrative teams, school calendars and pedagogical events, parent communication, teacher and staff development, student recruitment and retention, and curriculum and teaching-methodology innovation. Candidates need higher education in Pedagogy, Education, or a related field, strong school leadership experience, and strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; a postgraduate degree in School Management is a plus.
