The role manages educational and administrative teams, school calendars, projects, pedagogical events, parent communication, teacher development, student recruitment and retention, and curriculum innovation. Candidates need higher education in Pedagogy, Education, or a related field, solid school-management experience, and strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills; postgraduate studies in School Management are a plus. The position requires 44 hours per week in the Northeast and includes transportation, medical assistance, profit sharing, and other benefits.
