Description
The School Instructor conducts technical training programs, maintains updated curricula, answers customer questions, documents product input, and may participate in marketing events. The role requires knowledge of CMC products and rope and knot configurations, the ability to present and simplify complex information, adapt to different learning styles, and work in potentially remote outdoor locations. The Senior School Instructor provides leadership, coordinates logistics, supports evaluations, and trains new instructors. Qualifications include an Associate of Arts degree or equivalent education and experience, fire-instructor certification, a valid driver’s license, and preferred Advanced First Aid/EMT and CPR certificates.
