Phorms Education is hiring a School Leadership / Head of School – School Establishment to lead the founding and development of a new bilingual school in southern Berlin. The role will establish the school’s educational and organizational framework, build an international team, develop a bilingual school culture, ensure teaching quality, and guide the campus through its growth into a primary school and upper secondary school. The position requires a recognized teaching qualification or comparable qualification, several years of school-sector leadership experience, German and English communication skills, and the ability to work proactively in a dynamic build-up phase. The school year 2027/2028 is the starting point, and the role includes professional support, continuing education, coaching, relocation assistance, and upper-market compensation.
