Description
The Federal Government is hiring a School Maintenance Worker to maintain and repair school facilities, tools, and machinery; clean school buildings and outdoor areas, including snow clearing and salting; and perform other assigned tasks. Applicants must have Austrian citizenship or unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market, German proficiency, communication and teamwork skills, reliability, and technical aptitude; an apprenticeship qualification is desirable. The position is initially a three-month practical trial, with a monthly gross minimum salary of €2,383.20, and applications were accepted from 9 to 23 September 2026.
