Description
The School Nurse provides health services to students at Codman Academy Charter Public School, including nursing care, health-record maintenance, immunization verification, screenings, care-plan development, health education, community health programs, and coordination with the wellness committee and health center. The role requires a Massachusetts Registered Nurse license, a School Nurse license, a bachelor's degree in nursing, and preferably at least two years of experience in child health, community health, or another relevant clinical setting.
