IDEA Public Schools is accepting applications for a full-time, on-site School Psychologist in Austin. The role supports 1–2 campuses by developing IEP goals, ensuring ARD compliance, providing academic and behavioral interventions, conducting multidisciplinary and psychological evaluations, supporting 504 processes, and guiding crisis and Tier II–III interventions. Candidates need a master’s degree in psychology, a valid Texas School Psychologist license, and the ability to work with students and in school environments. Compensation is $78,900–$92,000 plus potential performance pay, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and other benefits.
