Description
The Registered Nurse provides primary health care to students in a school setting, including health assessments, first aid, medication administration, referrals, documentation, immunization and physical-record tracking, abuse reporting, and student care planning. The role also supports staff health, collaborates with instructional teams, and may supervise college nursing students or interns. It requires a current New York State Registered Nurse license and certification, a current CPR certificate, one year of nursing experience, and UKERU certification within three months of hire.
