The role combines front-desk management, visitor and school safety, logistics, communication, and administrative support, including visitor check-in, visitor logs, entry-point monitoring, incident reporting, phone and email support, mail handling, supply distribution, and field-trip planning. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of relevant experience, NYS security licensing within 90 days, and eligibility to work in the United States. It is a full-time, non-exempt, 12-month schedule from 6:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, with an expected salary of $38,000 to $40,314 and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
