E-Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across California. This full-time position involves conducting assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, collaborating with educators and families, monitoring student progress, documenting sessions, and participating in IEP meetings. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, possess valid state licensure or eligibility, maintain current ASHA certification, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. While experience in teletherapy is preferred, it is also helpful to have knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technology.
