WEADI is urgently hiring School Support Assistants (m/f/d) for part-time work of up to 30 hours per week in Eschwege and Ulfen. The role accompanies children with intellectual, physical-motor, or emotional and social developmental disabilities in everyday school life, supports daily routines, promotes independence and social participation, and collaborates with teachers, parents, and the educational team. No formal educational training is required, and candidates should have patience, empathy, reliability, an interest in working with children, and an interest in inclusive work.
