Description
The Malteser School Support Service is hiring a part-time School Support Assistant to support children and young people with developmental disabilities in schools and daycare centers in Aachen and the Aachen district. The role involves accompanying the child, assisting with daily activities, supporting learning and behavior, providing psychological and social support, performing nursing activities and medication administration when needed, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. The position is initially limited by cause for the current school year and offers training, pension benefits, sick-pay supplementation, and family-friendly hours.
