Description
The School Support Assistant / Integration Assistant / Inclusion Assistant will accompany and support children with special needs during lessons and breaks, promote their social and school integration, help with everyday school tasks and communication with classmates and teachers, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other care professionals. The role is based in Dortmund, follows school hours Monday through Friday, and offers approximately 30 hours of work on a part-time or full-time basis. Candidates should have experience working with children, ideally in inclusion, along with empathy, patience, communication, teamwork, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility; career changers without professional experience are also welcome.
