Description
The School Support Assistant / Integration Assistant / Inclusion Assistant will accompany and support children with special needs during classes and breaks, promote their social and school inclusion, help manage school tasks and communication with classmates and teachers, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support personnel. The role is based in Dortmund, follows school hours Monday through Friday, and offers approximately 30 hours per week in part-time or full-time arrangements. Candidates should have experience working with children, ideally in inclusion, along with empathy, patience, communication, teamwork, care-related support, reliability, and responsibility; career changers without professional experience are welcome.
