SimbaKids GmbH is hiring School Support Assistants, Integration Assistants, and School Assistants to provide individual support for children and adolescents in schools and daycare centers in Augsburg. The role involves accompanying students during lessons and extracurricular activities, promoting independence and social integration, supporting individual care plans, cooperating with teachers, educators, parents, and team leads, documenting progress, and helping create a supportive environment. Pedagogical qualifications or social-sector experience are desirable but not required; career changers are welcome.
