The employer is hiring immediately for a School Support Assistant / Integration Assistant with diabetes experience to support a child with diabetes during kindergarten hours. The role involves individual diabetes care, blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration, social and educational integration, communication with other children and caregivers, and collaboration with parents and medical professionals. The position requires demonstrable experience with children or adolescents with diabetes, particularly type 1 diabetes, and offers approximately 35 hours per week on Monday to Friday, with working hours aligned to the child’s timetable.
