Description
The School Support Assistant / Integration Support Assistant provides individualized, one-to-one support to children throughout the school day, helping them learn independently, participate socially and emotionally, communicate with teachers and classmates, and resolve conflicts. The role is initially fixed-term until the end of the school year, depending on funding approval, with 20–30 hours per week and work locations in Gera, Greiz, and the surrounding area. Applicants should have vocational training in education, social work, or care, experience in education or support settings, and strong empathy, communication, teamwork, reliability, organization, and documentation skills.
