Description
The School Support Assistant will accompany and support children with special needs during lessons and breaks, promote their social and school integration, help with everyday school tasks and communication with classmates and teachers, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other caregivers. The role is based in Dortmund, offers approximately 20–25 hours during school hours Monday through Friday, and can be part-time or full-time. Candidates should have experience working with children, ideally in inclusion, along with empathy, patience, communication, teamwork, care-related support, reliability, and responsibility; career changers without professional experience are welcome.
