Description
The School Support Assistant will accompany and support children with special needs during class and breaks, promote their social and school integration, help them manage everyday school tasks and communicate with students and teachers, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support persons. The role is based in Dortmund, follows school hours Monday through Friday, and offers approximately 30 hours per week in either part-time or full-time arrangements. Candidates should have experience working with children, ideally in inclusion, along with empathy, patience, communication, teamwork, care-related support, reliability, and responsibility; career changers without professional experience are welcome.
