The School Support Assistant will accompany and support children with special needs during class and breaks, promote their social and school integration, help with everyday school tasks and communication with classmates and teachers, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support personnel. The role is based in Dortmund, offers part-time or full-time work during school hours, and requires experience with children, empathy, patience, communication, teamwork, care-related support, reliability, and responsibility; career changers without professional experience are welcome.
