Description
The School Support Assistant will accompany and support children with special needs during class and breaks, promote their social and school integration, help with everyday school tasks and communication with classmates and teachers, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other care personnel. The role is based in Dortmund, offers approximately 20 hours of school-hours work Monday through Friday, and is available part-time or full-time. Candidates should have experience working with children, ideally in inclusion, along with empathy, patience, communication, teamwork, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility; career changers without professional experience are welcome.
