Mainstream Schools is hiring a part-time School Support Assistant / School Inclusion Assistant in Ennepe-Ruhr District and Hagen to support students with disabilities or impairments in the classroom, on outings, and on school trips. The role also supports teachers in planning and implementing support plans, participates in care planning, prepares reports, and attends support-plan meetings. Candidates should enjoy working with children and young people and have basic pedagogical knowledge; training in the social or care sector is an advantage. The employer provides basic training, further training, staff meetings, an annual special payment, a job bike, and shared events.
