Kinder, Jugend & Familie gGmbH is hiring flexible substitute school support assistants to provide individual support and accompaniment to children and young people with developmental or other disabilities in mainstream and special needs schools across the Greater Dortmund area. The role covers lessons, breaks, excursions, school trips, and the open all-day school program, with assignments of 2 to 5 school days per week and short-notice deployment. No professional qualification is required, but initial practical experience with children or young people is desirable; the position offers up to 20 hours per week in a socially insured employment relationship, TVöD-aligned pay, training, retirement and childcare contributions, and a multidisciplinary team environment.
