eva is hiring a School Support Coordinator to coordinate and coach specialist staff in school-based support settings for children and young people with special support needs. The role plans and coordinates support services, advises colleagues, develops cooperation with schools, parents, the Youth Welfare Office, and other partners, and ensures tailored implementation of SGB VIII and SGB IX requirements. Applicants need a Social Work or comparable degree, additional therapeutic qualification, experience in individual and group settings and youth welfare, knowledge of child and adolescent psychiatric symptoms and developmental psychology, and strong communication and solution-oriented skills.
