The role provides individual support to children and adolescents during class and throughout the school day, assists with classroom orientation and daily structure, promotes social skills, helps resolve conflicts and calm disruptive situations, accompanies students during breaks and activities, and collaborates with teachers and parents. No subject-specific training is required, and experience with children is an advantage but not mandatory; the position seeks an empathetic, patient, reliable, communicative, and team-oriented person willing to learn and adapt.
