BlueCap Service is hiring a part-time School Van Driver in Manheim, Pennsylvania to safely transport students to and from school on a split-shift schedule. The role involves following routes, completing vehicle checks, communicating with students and families, assisting during pick-up and drop-off, and maintaining trip records. Applicants must be at least 23 years old, hold a valid driver's license with a clean five-year driving record, pass background checks and drug testing, and have a working smartphone; prior professional driving experience is preferred but not required. The position pays $19 per hour and includes a monthly safety and attendance bonus, newer 2026-2027 fleet vehicles, and safety training.
