Description
Pickering Creek Audubon Center is hiring a part-time, seasonal School-Year Educator from September 9, 2026 through May 26, 2027, with a winter break. The role delivers field-based, classroom, and virtual environmental education programs for students from pre-K through high school, supports public and community programs, maintains trails and habitats, cares for program animals, and contributes to communications. Applicants should have at least one year of experience working with children in a field-based setting, an undergraduate degree or relevant work experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, conservation commitment, and the ability to work independently. The position pays $17 per hour for up to 28 hours weekly during peak seasons, and some weekends and evenings are required.
