Description
Agilisys is hiring a Schools ICT Engineer to provide onsite ICT support in a large secondary school in St Helens. The role covers end-user and remote support, incident management, device configuration and deployment, application updates, printer and projector support, asset management, documentation, and support for school events. It is an onsite five-day role with typical hours of 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday, and requires Microsoft and networking knowledge, hardware and software support experience, strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and a clean driving licence and Enhanced DBS check.
