The role leads a school site pedagogically and administratively, including strategic school development, professional, organizational, and personnel leadership, school culture, internal and external representation, and local networking. It requires a completed teacher-training degree, preferably a second state examination, extensive teaching experience with leadership or coordination experience, school-management and quality-development expertise, knowledge of Brandenburg school, service, and financing law, experience with change processes and full-day care, strong communication and language skills, and leadership qualities.
