The Schulsozialarbeiterin/Erzieherin supports students with academic, personal, and social challenges; helps them develop strengths and coping strategies; collaborates with teachers and parents; promotes a positive school climate; and takes preventive action when students are over- or under-challenged. The role requires a degree in social work or social pedagogy, an educator qualification or comparable training, experience with young people, strong German communication skills, and the ability to build trust and work collaboratively.
