Description
Virginia Tech is hiring a Science & Technology Research Intelligence Analyst to document, collect, and analyze research and scholarly activity data; provide qualitative and quantitative evidence for strategic decision-making; support bibliometrics, network visualization, research analytics, and research-intelligence education and outreach; and serve as a liaison librarian to a relevant program, department, or institute. The role reports to the Director for Research Impact & Intelligence, requires a terminal degree in a related field and experience in a research-intensive institution, and offers a hybrid or fully remote arrangement with up to four campus visits per year. The advertised salary is $68,000 minimum, and the position is not eligible for overtime or visa sponsorship.
