CASC is hiring a full-time Science Communicator to create scientifically accurate content that debunks health, environmental, and science misinformation. The role involves researching and writing briefs, translating complex scientific concepts for broad audiences, coordinating with experts and partners, and supporting social media content. Candidates need a relevant degree or diploma, experience communicating public health or infectious disease topics, research and literature-review experience, and strong written and verbal English communication skills. The position is remote, based on a seven-hour workday Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work and infrequent travel within Canada and the United States.
