The role involves troubleshooting pipeline failures, extracting metadata, ensuring archive integrity, and collaborating with scientists, systems administrators, and data managers. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least two years of Python software engineering experience, Linux and Bash fluency, Git experience, and U.S. citizenship are required.
