Uncountable is hiring a Scientific Implementation Manager to lead scientific implementations for enterprise R&D customers. The role translates experimental workflows, data structures, and scientific domains into tailored platform configurations, manages onboarding and implementation projects, leads customer discovery and demos, and advocates for product improvements. Candidates need a scientific background, strong communication and adaptability, software fluency, and project orientation; an M.S. or higher, lab experience, and experience in a customer-facing or consulting role are preferred.
