EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Scientific Innovator – AI-Driven Engineering to identify and evaluate AI, design automation, mechanical engineering, and simulation technologies; develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts; build AI-driven digital twin and hybrid models for condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle optimization; conduct applied research; and transfer findings into scalable engineering and operations solutions. The role requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant engineering or science field, applied research or industrial development experience, expertise in at least two listed technical areas, strong Python programming skills, and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow. After a three-year program in Weinheim, the employee relocates to the Wolfratshausen site.
