Description
The employer is seeking a Scientific Manager for Microelectronics & Semiconductor Technologies to serve as a central interface between scientific leadership, institute management, research divisions, project owners, and administration. The role supports research steering and strategy, develops institute-wide KPI and reporting systems, advises on third-party funding applications, prepares management and committee materials, coordinates research planning and reporting, and represents the institute at scientific events and external partners. The position requires a university degree, preferably in science management or a related field, professional experience in science or research management, strong communication and analytical skills, and very good German and English at C1 level. It is a full-time fixed-term contract of two years with an extension option, located in Brandenburg, with salary determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
