Description
Medra is hiring a Scientific Operations professional to manage the performance, readiness, and continuous improvement of its ML001 laboratory. The role owns lab readiness, preventive maintenance and calibration, inventory, asset lifecycle, safety and compliance, facilities coordination, SOPs, workflow optimization, onboarding, capital equipment, vendor contracts, and integration with automation systems. Candidates should have a biology, biochemistry, or related scientific degree, laboratory or program-management experience, BSL-2 experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.
