QuEra Computing is hiring a Scientific Software Engineer to develop and maintain domain-specific languages, compiler infrastructure, SDK documentation, and hardware execution features for neutral-atom quantum computers. The role involves building the Kirin compiler pipeline, supporting customers, collaborating with physicists and hardware engineers, and co-designing compilers and quantum error-correction infrastructure. Candidates need a Ph.D. in Computer Science or Physics or equivalent professional experience, Python expertise, and knowledge of the full software development lifecycle; compiler engineering, quantum compilation, technical writing, and open-source collaboration are preferred.
