QuEra is hiring a Developer Experience Engineer to shape the developer experience of its neutral-atom quantum computing software stack. The role focuses on language semantics, API surfaces, compiler architecture, error models, visualizations, CLI workflows, and standard-library primitives, working with Rust-based IR infrastructure and Python SDK layers. Candidates should have experience building developer-facing tooling, be comfortable with Rust and Python, and be willing to influence platform and language design. The position offers a base salary of $102,400 to $166,400 and equity grants.
