Avid Bioservices is hiring a Scientist, Analytical Development to develop, validate, troubleshoot, and transfer cell-based, ELISA, HPLC, CE, and other analytical methods for protein biologics. The role supports validation, process development, stability, GMP and non-GMP testing, client projects, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement, while also supervising junior analysts and preparing technical reports. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of biotech QC or analytical laboratory experience, and expertise in HPLC, CE, ELISA, protein characterization, and assay validation. The position offers a base salary of $109,600 to $137,000 annually plus bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
