Description
Medra is hiring a Scientist to develop and execute antibody screening and characterization campaigns on its Physical AI platform. The role covers high-throughput primary hit triage, flow cytometry-based binding and functional assays, SPR and BLI biophysical characterization, developability assays, mammalian cell-line maintenance, and the design and qualification of automated lab workflows. Candidates should have a relevant Ph.D. with at least two years of industry experience or a B.S./M.S. with at least six years of hands-on industry experience, along with strong cell-culture, flow cytometry, and antibody-assay expertise.
