Description
Recursion is hiring an Assay Development Associate to develop, optimize, validate, and execute cell-based and biochemical assays for automated high-throughput screening in early-stage drug discovery. The role involves assay qualification, data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with biologists, data scientists, software engineers, automation engineers, and supply chain teams. It is a 9-month contractor position with Monday-through-Friday hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and requires a biology, biochemistry, cell biology, or related degree plus at least three years of relevant industry or laboratory experience.
