Description
Axle is hiring a Scientist to support research at the National Eye Institute in Bethesda, Maryland. The role involves designing and executing animal and immunology and molecular biology experiments, including mouse disease models, primary T-cell culture, flow cytometry, qPCR, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, and ChIP-seq. The Scientist will also analyze and interpret data, maintain laboratory records and supplies, operate and troubleshoot instruments, support staff training, and contribute to research proposals and publications. A Master's degree and BSL-2 certification are required, and the position offers a base salary of $110,000–$120,000 USD.
