Genezen is hiring a Scientist I to lead analytical method development and validation in the Analytical Development and Quality Control laboratory for gene and cell therapy. The role focuses on biophysical characterization of AAV particles using HPLC, CAD, and MALS detectors, including Astra SEC-MALS analysis, LC-MS assay development, method transfer, cGMP qualification, and laboratory documentation. The position requires a BS in a scientific or technical discipline, 2–4 years of CRO/CDMO bioanalytical experience, and hands-on experience with AAV analytics and related analytical techniques. The annual salary is $85,000–$110,000, with benefits including healthcare, retirement matching, paid time off, and insurance; the role is based in Fishers, Indiana or Lexington, Massachusetts, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
