Description
The Quality Control Laboratory Manager performs QC testing under SOPs and cGMP, manages or oversees junior QC staff, maintains laboratory systems and equipment, reviews test results and documentation, supports assay transfer and validation, leads or assists with OOS/OOT investigations, coordinates samples and external testing, and trains department staff. The role is based at Replimune’s Milton Park location and typically requires five days on-site. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant science and at least four years of GLP/GMP experience are preferred or required.
