Description
Biogen is hiring a Scientist II to serve as a Liquid Chromatography Subject Matter Expert and Analytical Project Lead for its Analytical Development team. The Cambridge, Massachusetts lab-based role leads HPLC, UHPLC, and LC-MS method development, optimization, qualification, troubleshooting, and stability-indicating method creation for synthetic drug substances and products. The Scientist II will support analytical strategy across development programs, oversee CDMO activities, collaborate with CMC, formulation, process development, and quality teams, and contribute to emerging modalities. The role requires a Ph.D. with 0–3 years of relevant experience, an M.S. with 4+ years, or a B.S. with 6+ years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotech experience, along with expertise in LC method development, regulated environments, and analytical leadership. The base salary is $117,000–$157,000, with additional incentives and benefits.
