Legend Biotech is hiring a Scientist II, Analytical Development for its Technical Development team in Somerset, New Jersey. The laboratory-focused role develops, optimizes, and qualifies analytical methods for viral vector and CAR-T product characterization, including compendial methods, flow cytometry, cell-based potency, and immunoassays. Responsibilities include assay qualification, release and stability testing, method transfer, electronic laboratory recordkeeping, data integrity reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with product development, quality control, and manufacturing teams. The position requires a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD-level degree with the specified years of relevant experience, strong laboratory and assay-development skills, and knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory method qualification.
