Vaxcyte is hiring a Scientist II, Analytical Development to execute analytical testing and contribute to method development, optimization, qualification, troubleshooting, and transfer activities for biologics and vaccine programs. The role performs assays using techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, SEC, CE, ELISA, electrophoresis, and other biochemical and biophysical methods; interprets data, documents protocols and SOPs, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports laboratory operations and compliance. The position is based onsite in San Carlos, California, requires a relevant degree plus the specified education-experience combination, and is offered for a 12-month contract at $70–$78 per hour.
