Description
The Laboratory Manager will optimize analytical methods, instrumentation, data quality, and laboratory resources while supporting production units, regulatory compliance, customer-complaint investigations, process improvements, and laboratory activities. The role requires at least five years of experience, preferably in a chemical laboratory, and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field with five years of chemical-laboratory experience, or a master’s degree with two years of relevant experience, or a Ph.D. in chemistry or a closely related field.
